A 50-year-old retired soldier from Nueva Ecija has bagged the P160-million jackpot prize in Super Lotto 6/49 draw.
According to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), the lone winner has been betting in lotto since 1995.
The PCSO vice chairman and general manager, lawyer Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, on Wednesday said the winner plans to buy a house and lot, invest in business and share the winnings with his siblings and parent.
Rojas learned that the winner had applied for early retirement to focus on his family.
He turned over the check to the winner at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City (Metro Manila) last Tuesday.
The winner got the winning combination of 06-13-19-31-34-38 from Random Pick.
