HardieFlex introduces new customer hotlines

CUSTOMERS of the HardieFlex brand of fiber cement board in the Philippines can now quickly access product information and assistance through new telephone hotline numbers, the company announced.

“Strengthening customer relations is one of the number one priorities of companies today. With an increasing number of businesses emerging yearly, today’s business benchmark has shifted from just producing quality products to providing an overall customer experience,” the company said in a statement.

James Hardie, one of the most trusted brands in building products, has consistently dominated the fiber cement board industry through its HardieFlex brand. Aside from offering durable and cost-efficient products, it takes its promise of living without compromise to a whole new level by continuously creating programs to improve customers’ end-to-end journey.

Through Hardie Advantage, the company has, over the years, successfully built a relationship with customers through various touchpoints, starting from the manufacturing process through after-sales service.

To further upgrade the customer experience through Hardie Advantage, James Hardie announced the launch of a new hotline number under Ask HardieFlex. Builders, designers and homeowners can now easily contact James Hardie via the toll-free hotline 5454 or by sending an SMS to 0918-8-HARDIE (427343).

Through this service, James Hardie aims to take part in its customers’ journey by assisting them in searching for appropriate building solutions, choosing the right building products and purchasing without a hassle, and even in the proper installation and maintenance of HardieFlex fiber cement boards, the company said.

“James Hardie always keeps in mind the customer experience, and we are always ready and willing to be with them throughout the whole journey,” said Mark Sergio, James Hardie Philippines Country Manager. “We believe that launching a more accessible hotline is a big step in order to reach out to our customers not just in Manila but in the entire country. We want them to know that we are always here, ready to respond to whatever inquiry or concern they may have”, added Sergio.
