THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will procure more sub-machine guns and hi-tech radio equipment worth P150 million, a senior police official said on Tuesday.

PNP spokesman Chief Supt. Generoso Cerbo Jr. said the purchase of the firearms is part of the Capability Enhancement Program (CEP) of the police force.
