Cavite province has one more legislative district

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has signed into law a measure splitting the sixth district of Cavite province into two, effectively creating an eighth legislative district.

Under Republic Act 11069, signed by Duterte on September 14, 2018, General Trias City would stand alone as the sixth legislative district of Cavite.
