LPA over Mindanao may enter PH on Friday as 'Amihan' remains--Pagasa

THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is monitoring a low pressure area that is expected to enter (LPA) the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Friday.

The LPA, to be named 'Amar,' was spotted 2,885 kilometers (km) east southeast of Mindanao, Pagasa said in its 5 a.m. advisory on Tuesday.
